In life, we dont owe anything to anyone and vice versa.
If there's something tht we want, we hafta work for it ourselves.
FOr example, in the future,  something tht all of us are gonna face.

do not ask your boss WHY is it so.
Instead, ask yourself why is tht the current situation u r facing.
Anyways, he's the boss, he allowed to do anything he wants.
You are his worker. Do not blame the boosss but ourselves.
